DBJ COLLECTION SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 1–3 business days for in-stock cosmetics and merchandise to be processed. In-stock hair orders may require 2–4 business days for processing. Custom, preorder and made-to-order hair or wig orders may require 7–14 business days before shipping.
Processing time does not include weekends, holidays or delivery time. Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Please contact us immediately if an address correction is needed. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.
Dolled By J is not responsible for packages marked delivered, packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or carrier delays. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier and then email us with your full name and order number.
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $90 or more.
